ZINIA is a limited liability company (SARL) under Moroccan law, specializing in the creation and sale of home fragrance products and linen sprays, manufactured in Morocco.

2. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales concluded between ZINIA SARL (hereinafter "ZINIA") and any non-professional buyer (hereinafter "the Customer") via the website www.zinia.ma.
Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC. ZINIA reserves the right to modify them at any time; the applicable GTC are those in force on the date of the order.
3. Products & Availability
ZINIA offers room sprays, linen sprays, and home accessories manufactured in Morocco from selected ingredients. The essential characteristics of each product are shown on its descriptive sheet.
Offers are valid as long as products are in stock. In case of unavailability after order validation, ZINIA undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible and to propose a substitute product or a full refund.
⚠️ Product visuals are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in shade or packaging may occur depending on manufacturing batches.
4. Ordering Process
The ordering process involves several steps:
- Selection of products and addition to cart;
- Entry of delivery information;
- Choice of payment method and validation;
- Confirmation by summary email.
The sale is definitively concluded upon receipt by the Customer of the order confirmation email. ZINIA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of anomaly, suspicion of fraud, or stock unavailability.
5. Prices & Invoicing
Prices are indicated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), all taxes included (TTC). ZINIA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the applicable price is that displayed at the time of order validation.

6. Payment Methods
Single Payment MethodZINIA only offers cash on delivery. Payment is made in cash directly to the delivery person upon receipt of the package.
No banking information is collected by ZINIA. In case of refusal of payment on delivery without legitimate reason, ZINIA reserves the right to suspend future orders from the Customer concerned.
7. Delivery
Service Areas
ZINIA delivers throughout the Moroccan territory via approved partner carriers.
Lead Times
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours following confirmation. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days depending on the region.
Delivery Costs
- Free delivery for any order equal to or greater than 350 MAD;
- Delivery charges apply below this threshold (amount indicated at the time of order).
Receipt
The Customer is required to check the condition of the package upon receipt. Any reservation regarding apparent damage must be made in writing to the delivery person and reported to ZINIA within 24 hours of delivery at contact@zinia.ma.
8. Returns & Refunds
📦 In accordance with Moroccan law n°31-08 on consumer protection, the Customer has a 7-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the package.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 7 days after receipt, only if:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original intact packaging;
- The Customer first contacts ZINIA at contact@zinia.ma to obtain return authorization.
Non-returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the following cases:
- Defective product or one with a quality issue;
- Delivery error (wrong product);
- Product not conforming to description.
Refund
In case of an accepted return, the refund will be made by bank transfer or credit note, by agreement between the parties, within 14 days following receipt of the return.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error by ZINIA.
9. Legal Warranty & Conformity
All ZINIA products comply with Moroccan regulations applicable to cosmetic and hygiene products. In case of proven non-conformity, the Customer may benefit from the legal warranty provided by law n°31-08.
10. Limitation of Liability
ZINIA cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products. ZINIA's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order concerned.
ZINIA disclaims all responsibility in case of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, epidemics, etc.) delaying or preventing delivery.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the www.zinia.ma website (texts, images, logos, videos, brand name, packaging) are the exclusive property of ZINIA SARL and are protected by Moroccan and international intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.
12. Personal Data
Personal data collected during the order (name, address, telephone, email) are used exclusively for processing and tracking orders. In accordance with Moroccan law n°09-08 relating to the protection of natural persons, the Customer has a right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting ZINIA at contact@zinia.ma.

13. Dispute Resolution
In case of dispute, the Customer is invited to contact ZINIA first at contact@zinia.ma to seek an amicable solution.
Failing an amicable settlement, the competent Moroccan courts will have sole jurisdiction to hear the dispute, in accordance with Moroccan law.
