1. Identity

ZINIA is a brand of home fragrances and linen sprays, manufactured in Morocco. It is operated by UNIF.IA in Morocco and by MOBITECH GO in France. Orders placed on www.zinia.ma are processed and delivered by UNIF.IA.

2. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales concluded between UNIF.IA, operating the ZINIA brand (hereinafter "ZINIA"), and any non-professional buyer (hereinafter "the Customer") via the website www.zinia.ma.

Any order placed on the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. ZINIA reserves the right to modify them at any time; the applicable GTC are those in force on the date of the order.

3. Products & Availability

ZINIA offers room sprays and linen sprays manufactured in Morocco from selected ingredients. The essential characteristics of each product are listed on its descriptive sheet.

Offers are valid as long as products are in stock. In case of unavailability after order validation, ZINIA undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible and to offer a substitute product or a full refund.

⚠️ Product visuals are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in shade or packaging may occur depending on manufacturing batches.

4. Ordering Process

The ordering process involves several steps:

  • Selection of products and adding to cart;
  • Entering delivery information;
  • Validation of the order;
  • Confirmation by summary email.

The sale is definitively concluded upon receipt by the Customer of the order confirmation by email. ZINIA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of anomaly, suspicion of fraud, or stock unavailability.

5. Price & Invoicing

Prices are indicated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), all taxes included (TTC). ZINIA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order validation.

6. Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery

Payment is made exclusively by cash on delivery (cash), directly to the delivery person upon receipt of the package. No banking information is collected by ZINIA.

In case of refusal of cash on delivery without legitimate reason, ZINIA reserves the right to suspend future orders from the concerned Customer.

7. Zinia Club & Discount Codes

Registration to the Zinia Club is free, without obligation and without purchase requirement. It is done by providing an email address and results in the sending of a discount code.

  • The discount is 10% of the total basket, excluding delivery charges;
  • The code cannot be combined with another ongoing promotion;
  • The code is personal and intended for non-commercial use;
  • The discount is deducted from the amount paid to the delivery person.

ZINIA reserves the right to modify the benefits of the program or to terminate it at any time. Such modification has no retroactive effect on codes already issued and not yet used, unless otherwise stated on the code itself. The Customer can unsubscribe at any time using the link present in each of our messages.

8. Delivery

Areas Served

ZINIA delivers throughout Moroccan territory via approved partner carriers. We do not deliver internationally.

Timeframes

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours following confirmation. The indicative delivery time is 1 to 5 working days depending on the region.

Delivery Fees

  • Free delivery for any order equal to or greater than 350 MAD;
  • Delivery charges apply below this threshold (amount displayed in the cart before validation).

Reception

The Customer is required to check the condition of the package upon receipt. Any reservation concerning apparent damage must be made in writing to the delivery person and reported to ZINIA within 24 hours of delivery at contact@zinia.ma.

9. Returns & Refunds

📦 In accordance with Moroccan Law n°31-08 on consumer protection, the Customer has a 7-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the package.

Conditions for Return

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original undamaged packaging;
  • The Customer must first contact ZINIA at contact@zinia.ma to obtain a return authorization.

Non-returnable Products

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the following cases: defective product, delivery error, or product not conforming to the description. In these cases, return and replacement costs are borne by ZINIA.

Refund

Since orders are paid in cash on delivery, refunds are made by bank transfer or by voucher, according to the Customer's preference, within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the product is defective or due to an error by ZINIA.

10. Legal Warranty & Compliance

ZINIA products are formulated in accordance with IFRA standards, the international reference framework governing the concentrations of perfuming materials, and applicable Moroccan regulations. In the event of a proven lack of conformity, the Customer may benefit from the legal warranty provided by Law n°31-08.

11. Limitation of Liability

ZINIA cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products. ZINIA's liability is in any case limited to the amount of the order concerned.

ZINIA disclaims all liability in case of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, epidemics, etc.) delaying or preventing delivery.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the www.zinia.ma website (texts, images, logos, videos, brand name, packaging) is protected by Moroccan and international intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

13. Personal Data

Personal data collected during the order (name, address, phone, email) are used exclusively for processing and tracking orders. In accordance with Moroccan Law n°09-08, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting ZINIA at contact@zinia.ma.

ZINIA does not transfer or sell personal data to third parties. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

14. Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, the Customer is invited to contact ZINIA first at contact@zinia.ma in order to seek an amicable solution.

Failing an amicable settlement, the Commercial Court of Casablanca will have sole jurisdiction to hear the dispute, in accordance with Moroccan law.
