Delivery Zones

ZINIA delivers throughout Morocco via partner carriers. We do not deliver internationally at this time.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after confirmation.

Shipping Costs

  • FREE for any order ≥ 350 MAD
  • Flat fees apply below this threshold — amount displayed in the cart before checkout.

Order Tracking

A confirmation email with tracking information is sent to you upon shipment. If you have any questions, contact us at contact@zinia.ma.

⚠️ In case of absence during delivery, the carrier will attempt a second delivery. After two unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to ZINIA.

Package Receipt

Check the condition of your package upon receipt. In case of visible damage, mention it on the delivery note and contact us within 24 hours.

Returns & Exchanges

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Moroccan law n°31-08, you have a 7-day period from receipt to return a product.

Conditions

  • Product unopened and unused
  • Original packaging intact (sealed, closed bottle)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable Products

Not eligible

Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged, except for:

  • Defective or poor quality product
  • Delivery error (wrong product received)
  • Product not conforming to the description

Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at contact@zinia.ma with your order number and reason for return.

  2. After validation, we will provide you with the return address.

  3. Return the product carefully packaged at your expense (unless it is our error).

  4. Refund issued within 14 days after receipt and verification.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in the case of a defective product or a delivery error on our part.
